It is a favorite of both locals and visitors for it's walkability and and cool vibe. Located in Five Points, one of Denver's oldest and most historical neighborhoods, rich with culture, and formally know as the "Harlem of the West". Curtis Park, within Five Points, is a charming historical district with a vast park where you can enjoy summer concerts while strolling with a picnic basket on your arm. Walkable access to many attractions including : - Denver's finest restaurants and breweries (less than half a mile) - Coors Field (0.6 miles) - The Convention Center (0.9 miles) - Curtis Park (0.6 miles) - RiNo (0.3 miles). - Union Station (1 mile) - Empower Field at Mile High (1.2 miles) - 1.4 miles to Ball Arena We are only a five-minute drive or 15 minute walk from Downtown and are located adjacent to major highways, providing easy access to various attractions, including ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder. *The unit is located across the street from a daytime homeless resource center. As is common in any major city, you will see homeless people*

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole space including the 2 car garage. Guests will NOT have access to the studio apartment in the basement and a locked owners’ closet. No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.

Tenant: There is a tenant in the studio apartment on the lower level. Your stay is completely private. Records 24/7. - A noise sensor located in the living room of our townhouse that measures decibel levels 24/7. - Smart lock installed on all exterior doors. - A My-Q video garage door keypad that records audio/video of the alley view 24/7. Neighborhood: Curtis Park is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people can access services such as receiving mail and help finding employment. You will see unhoused people, but it shouldn’t impact your stay.

We came to Denver to attend my niece’s wedding so we needed a place that was convenient and big enough for family and friends- this place was perfect. Great location- really enjoyed easy access via scooters to restaurants, bars, Coors Field, Safeway, and hotels. Garage worked out great for our rental PU truck. Every need was thoughtfully accommodated- kitchen, linen, charging cords, coffee, even a white board! Hosts were terrific. We’d definitely return to this townhouse if we ever make it back to downtown Denver!

What an awesome townhouse! It was everything as listed, a roomy custom home feel with cool modern industrial details. Our family had plenty of room to stretched out, get comfortable and felt welcome. Great bedrooms and multiple outdoor areas. We were lucky enough to experience the seasons first snowfall! Hot tub in the snow anyone? Before the snow, we had a fun time scooter touring the murals in the local neighborhood. Really helpful, friendly hosts, thank you for everything! As stated in the listing, there is some people down on their luck in the area, just like any other big city. There no issue for us and felt safe throughout. We’d love to stay again when back in the area.

Fantastic 2 nights in a beautiful rental home. Having charging cords throughout the home and having drawers labeled in the kitchen was very helpful. The rooftop deck was very relaxing. Hope to return one day.

Amazing property that's walkable to a ton to do in Denver and hosts that are willing to go above and beyond to really help their guests; Rachel and Bobby do a great job of making sure their guests have everything they need (including the privacy!) to truly and fully enjoy their stay. This was the perfect place for our group to spend a couple days going to games at Coors Field and exploring the Denver area. The space is beautifully appointed and they have thought of everything. Especially appreciated having a sufficient amount of towels, cutlery, plates, spices, etc that a lot of AirBnb's forget about. It's the small things like that you'll find all over the house that make the stay as comfortable as possible. Great hosts that are very responsive and ready to help with any needs you might have.

Rachel and Bobby were so accommodating and welcoming to us for our trip. From waiting at our door to retrieve a GoPuff order to coming right over and showing us how to work the A/C. They were very hospitable and would highly recommend booking with them. The place was walking distance to the RiNo restaurants and nightlife and a quick Uber to any of the neighboring areas. The townhome had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space.

Rachel & Bobby have a beautiful home in a great location with good access to all that Denver has to offer. The home served our needs perfectly and they were extremely responsive when we asked for recommendations and clarifications around check in. I would definitely stay in this home again if I come back to Denver.

One of Denver's oldest and most historical neighborhoods conveniently located to everything you need and everywhere you want to go. Most attractions are walkable or a short Uber away. There are also always electric scooters/bikes nearby for rent. The closest light rail station to us is the 25th and Welton Station on the yellow L line. You can check the schedules and maps by searching RTD Denver. A car is recommended if you intend to visit the mountains or suburbs. You have private garage parking for 2. From the Airport: If you are driving, take I-70 west from Denver International Airport, and exit at Brighton Blvd. Take a left onto Brighton Blvd, followed by a left at Park Avenue and then a quick left to Curtis Street. You can also take the RTD A line train to the 38th and Blake or Union Stations and a 5 minute Uber from there (or walk 1 mile).
