Located in Five Points, one of Denver's oldest and most historical neighborhoods, rich with culture, and formally know as the "Harlem of the West". Curtis Park, within Five Points, is a charming historical district with a vast park where you can enjoy summer concerts while strolling with a picnic basket on your arm. RiNo is a bustling Arts District with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, music and great people-watching. Additionally, we offer walkable access to several attractions including : - Denver's finest restaurants and breweries (less than half a mile) - Coors Field (0.6 miles) - The Convention Center (0.9 miles) - Curtis Park (0.6 miles) - RiNo (less than 1 mile). We are only a five-minute drive from Downtown and are located adjacent to major highways, providing easy access to various attractions, including ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder. *The unit is located across the street from a daytime homeless resource center. As is common in any major city, you will see homeless people*

Guests have access to the : 1) Main Level - living/kitchen/dining 2) Upper Level - Bedrooms and the rooftop deck. Guests will a NOT have access to : 1) The lower level 2) Elevator, back yard or garage.

This home is like no other! 2000 square feet of indoor space and 900 square foot rooftop entertainment level with hot tub. Perfect for families, friends, or business colleagues. The townhome’s glass staircase and modern design are stunning and most of downtown Denver is a short walk or Uber/scooter/bike ride away. PRIME LOCATION: -Ten minute walk to the some of the highest rated restaurants/breweries on Larimer St and the heart of RiNo (arts district). Corsica is my new fav! -10-15 min walk to Coors field (0.6 Miles) -0.9 miles to the Convention Center -0.6 miles to Curtis Park -5 Min drive to Downtown or 15 minute walk - 20 min walk to Union Station - 1.2 miles to Empower Field at Mile High (Broncos Stadium) - 1.4 miles to Ball Arena -Next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder -Located across the street from a day shelter. You will see unhoused people, but it shouldn’t impact your stay. LAYOUT: -3 story, 4 level townhouse -2 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 sofa bed) -2.5 bathrooms. Primary with en-suite -Both bedrooms have a dedicated workplace (desk and chair) and there is a 3rd workspace in the hallway with a desk and chair. - Large and open living room, dining and kitchen areas. - Rooftop entertainment level with wet bar, outdoor lounge area, dining table, gas grill, fire pit and hot tub. -No access to the lower level or garage. Both bedrooms are separate from living spaces and equipped with: - Smart TVs - Alexa Dots - Chargers & adapters *MAIN LEVEL: - A fully equipped European style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, Sub Zero fridge, 5-burner gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. -A dining room with a large dining table. -The living room features a see-through fireplace and comfortable seating area with a TV. -A small deck/balcony overlooking the backyard and a powder room complete this level. -We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK. *UPPER LEVEL: -Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in close. Includes a dedicated workspace (desk and chair). -Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and a dedicated workspace (desk/chair). -A hall bath with a bath/shower combo and a washer/dryer closet with an iron and ironing board are also available on this level. -Third dedicated workspace in hallway (desk/chair) *ROOFTOP DECK: -The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a hot tub, a wet bar, a grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating. -A large cantilevered umbrella and a fire pit complete this outdoor oasis that offers stunning views of the city. Access: There is a tenant in the studio unit on the lower level and there is no access to the lower level, backyard, garage or elevator. Your stay is completely private. Records 24/7 - A noise sensor located in the living room of our townhouse that measures decibel levels. 24/7 - A smart lock installed on the front door

One of Denver's oldest and most historical neighborhoods conveniently located to everything you need. Most attractions are walkable or a short Uber away. There are also always electric scooters/bikes nearby for rent. The closest light rail station to us is the 25th and Welton Station on the yellow L line. You can check the schedules and maps by searching RTD Denver. A car is recommended if you intend to visit the mountains or suburbs. From the Airport: If you are driving, take I-70 west from Denver International Airport, and exit at Brighton Blvd. Take a left onto Brighton Blvd, followed by a left at Park Avenue and then a quick left to Curtis Street.
