This Airbnb stay was truly a dream come true - I’ve stayed in many homes and this was by far my favorite!!
The hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and informative. The home was stocked up very well, beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean.

We had an amazing stay! The is beautiful, everything was spotless and we were welcomed with snacks in the kitchen which was so thoughtful. We had a big group and it was more than enough space! Will definitely be returning. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at!

A group of 13 of us recently visited this property for one of our friend’s bachelor parties. Its location was central with the ability to walk to many surrounding places including Coors field. All 13 of us were amazed by how usable this AirBnb was for a large group. We had ample space and multiple different areas where we could all gather and enjoy our weekend together (the rooftop was our favorite). The hosts gave detailed descriptions on everything we needed to know and even made the checkout process much easier than typical properties. If you have a large group, I couldn’t recommend this enough!

We came to Denver to attend my niece’s wedding so we needed a place that was convenient and big enough for family and friends- this place was perfect. Great location- really enjoyed easy access via scooters to restaurants, bars, Coors Field, Safeway, and hotels. Garage worked out great for our rental PU truck. Every need was thoughtfully accommodated- kitchen, linen, charging cords, coffee, even a white board! Hosts were terrific. We’d definitely return to this townhouse if we ever make it back to downtown Denver!

Rachel and Bobby were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful home. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Bobby and Rachel were so accommodating, so friendly and their place was clean and cozy. The rooftop plus hot tub was just the cherry on top and the location really just can't be beat. 10/10 recommend !

What an awesome townhouse! It was everything as listed, a roomy custom home feel with cool modern industrial details. Our family had plenty of room to stretched out, get comfortable and felt welcome. Great bedrooms and multiple outdoor areas. We were lucky enough to experience the seasons first snowfall! Hot tub in the snow anyone? Before the snow, we had a fun time scooter touring the murals in the local neighborhood. Really helpful, friendly hosts, thank you for everything! As stated in the listing, there is some people down on their luck in the area, just like any other big city. There no issue for us and felt safe throughout. We’d love to stay again when back in the area.

Rachel and Bobby were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The location is prime for walking to LoDo and RiNO. The home has amazing amenities and plenty of room for 10+ guests. We will certainly be staying here again when we visit Denver.

We arrived in town early and Rachel and Bobby and worked with us to get us in earlier than was scheduled. We jumped in the hot tub in the roof and left our road weariness in the water. Once we were rested we enjoyed Denver!

This is an incredible place to stay and I would book this place in a second when coming back to Denver. Denver has homeless people and you will see them, mostly during the day. I hate mentioning it but the owners are upfront about it and me and my two teenage daughters walked from the condo to downtown, Coors field with absolutely no issues.
I don't know if better hosts exist on Airbnb. Rachel and Bobby are super responsive and want to make sure your stay is perfect, and ours was. I also have never seen a better appointed place in all my travels. There is almost no way they don't have what you need from hair curler/straightener in the master bath to just about any kitchen appliance or gadget you would have at home. The master bedroom and bathroom are massive. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to relax and get some sun or relax in the hot tub in the evening. Running out of characters, but do yourself a favor and book this or another place with Rachel and Bobby.
